How fast do I get my line?
Right after the payment is confirmed. Card payments usually take seconds; crypto waits for network confirmations, typically a few minutes. You are taken to your private line page and the credentials are emailed to you.
How many devices can I use at once?
Basic gives you 1 login, Standard 2 and Premium 5. Each device gets its own separate account, shown as Device 1, Device 2 and so on on your private page. Need more? Use Add device on that page.
M3U or MAG: which one do I need?
Choose M3U / Xtream for apps such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, Smart TV apps or VLC: you get a host, username, password and an M3U link. Choose MAG for MAG or Stalker-portal boxes: you enter the box MAC address and get a portal URL.
Can I switch between M3U and MAG later?
Yes, but our team does it for you. Contact support with your device number and we will move that device to the other format.
How do I renew?
Open your line page (the link is in your email) and choose Renew. The time is added on top of your current expiry and your credentials stay the same.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Whop, and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and many more) through NOWPayments. Every payment is one-time.
